1,100 liters of diesel was seized by customs officers from the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Directorate on Friday evening, November 1, 2019. Customs officers inspected a parking lot in the area of Byala, Ruse. They found that, near other buildings, there was a PVC tank filled with an energy product - diesel. Within the inspection no documents were submitted under the Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses Act to prove the payment of the excise duty due.
