Customs officers from DG Сustoms Intelligence and Investigation at Kapitan Andreevo BCP seized 80 kg smuggled paste hookah.
On 13.03.2019 arrives a minibus with registration Republic of Montenegro entering the country from Turkey. The minibus, run by a citizen of Montenegro, traveled with 5 passengers. Customs officers selected the minibus for customs inspection. During the inspection customs officers found hidden, under the rear seats, of the van the nylon bags with a total of 80 kg of paste hookah without excise labels.
Were seized a total 80 kg paste hookah with a market value BGN 20 240 and excise duty payable is BGN 12 160. The minibus also seized. Act for administrative violation were issued against of the driver.
